EARLY-ACCESS PROGRAM
These terms apply to early-access prototype reservations for the 360 Pro Swing Home Edition and 360 Smart Club AI.
1. PROTOTYPE STATUS
Each preorder is for an early-access prototype. Prototype hardware may use 3D-printed and molded components, may show cosmetic variation, and may receive compatible software changes as development continues. It is not represented as the final production casting, finish, packaging, or retail feature set.
2. PRICES AND DEPOSITS
The Home Edition prototype price is $169.99: $69.99 is paid at reservation and $100.00 is due before shipment. The Smart Club AI prototype price is $349.99: $149.99 is paid at reservation and $200.00 is due before shipment. Shipping, sales tax, import tax, customs duty, brokerage, and similar destination charges are separate.
3. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
Prototype orders are placed into a first-come, first-served queue based on successful payment timing. Earlier orders receive priority for earlier available batches. A queue position is not a guaranteed ship date, and production timing can change during prototype development.
4. DELAYS OR INABILITY TO FULFILL
If the promised shipping timing changes, 360 Pro Swing will provide the notice, consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law. If 360 Pro Swing determines that it cannot fulfill an order, amounts paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. FINAL SALE
Prototype purchases are final and are not returnable because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or prefers a different product. This no-return term does not eliminate the limited functional warranty, documented delivery-damage process, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. SOFTWARE AND FEEDBACK
Compatible app updates released for the prototype program will be provided without a recurring subscription fee. Prototype customers are expected to report reproducible issues with device details, steps, and results. An individual requested change or correction cannot be guaranteed.
7. FINISHED-PRODUCT BENEFIT
Prototype customers are intended to receive 15% off the corresponding finished retail product when available, subject to the finished-product offer and eligibility instructions provided at that time.
