90-day limited prototype warranty

WHAT IS COVERED

Functional defects during ordinary intended use

For 90 days from documented delivery, 360 Pro Swing warrants that the prototype hardware will be delivered in working order and will remain materially functional during ordinary intended use, subject to the exclusions below.

AVAILABLE REMEDY

Repair or replacement

After evaluating an eligible claim, 360 Pro Swing may repair the affected prototype or replace it with the same or a functionally comparable prototype, at 360 Pro Swing’s choice. This warranty is not a general return program. If a required remedy cannot be provided, any further remedy will be handled as required by applicable law.

NOT COVERED

Misuse, impact, alterations, wear, and unsafe operation

• Accidental damage, impact, dropping, collision, or crushing
• Water or liquid damage unless expressly identified as covered
• Unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or altered mounting
• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, finish variation, or consumable wear
• Use contrary to product instructions or safety notices
• Full-speed or full-power swings with the Home Edition phone trainer
• Damage to a phone, tablet, watch, golf club, ball, property, or person
• Compatibility issues caused solely by unsupported third-party devices or software

HOME EDITION SAFETY

Controlled position training only

The Home Edition holds a phone and is designed for slow, smooth, controlled position training. It is not designed for full-power swings or striking golf balls. Using it at full speed can cause the phone or trainer to release, collide with nearby objects, or cause injury and is outside warranty coverage.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

Document damage within 48 hours

Report visible delivery damage within 48 hours by emailing 360proswing@gmail.com. Include photographs of the product, exterior and interior packaging, shipping label, and damage. Preserve all packaging while the carrier claim is reviewed.

MAKE A CLAIM

Email 360proswing@gmail.com or call 801-644-6633. Include the purchaser’s name, order email, delivery date, trainer model, device setup, issue description, troubleshooting steps, and clear photos or video when relevant.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Rights that cannot be waived remain in effect

This limited warranty gives specific contractual coverage. Customers may also have rights under applicable state, federal, provincial, national, or local law. Nothing here excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
