US + INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Prototype production is first come, first served. Shipping and destination charges are separate from the listed prototype price.
PRODUCTION QUEUE
Successfully paid prototype reservations enter a first-come, first-served queue. The earliest orders receive priority for the first available batches. Prototype development and production can change, so a queue position is not a guaranteed shipment date.
UNITED STATES
Domestic shipping charges and applicable state or local sales taxes are separate from the listed prototype price and deposit. Available methods, charges, and the delivery destination will be confirmed before shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International availability depends on destination, carrier service, legal restrictions, and product support. International shipping, value-added tax, import tax, customs duty, brokerage, carrier handling, and similar destination charges are not included in the listed prototype price unless expressly stated in writing.
DELAYS AND NON-FULFILLMENT
If shipping is delayed beyond a promised time, 360 Pro Swing will provide the notice and choices required by applicable law. If 360 Pro Swing cannot fulfill an order, amounts paid for that unfulfilled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Inspect the package promptly. Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours to 360proswing@gmail.com with photos of the product, all packaging, shipping label, and damage. Keep the package and materials while any carrier claim is evaluated.
