These terms apply to your use of 360proswing.com. Prototype purchases are also governed by the separate Prototype Preorder Terms and Limited Prototype Warranty.
SITE INFORMATION
Product descriptions, images, renderings, interfaces, demonstrations, estimated results, development status, availability, and timing may change as the prototypes are tested and refined. Nothing on the site is a promise that an uncompleted feature will ship on a particular date.
SAFE USE
Use each trainer only as intended, inspect equipment before use, maintain adequate clear space, secure compatible devices, and follow all safety notices. The Home Edition is for slow, smooth, controlled position training—not full-power swings or ball striking.
ESTIMATED PERFORMANCE
Shot distance, direction, ball flight, roll, body position, and coaching feedback may be estimates based on available sensor, camera, calibration, GPS, and device information. They are training aids and do not guarantee actual golf performance, injury prevention, or a particular result.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The 360 Pro Swing name, product concepts, site content, graphics, interfaces, text, video, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to 360 Pro Swing and may not be copied, reverse engineered, republished, or commercially used without permission. Patent Pending.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The site may link to Square, Google, social networks, carriers, device platforms, and other independent services. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and operation are controlled by those providers.
